2. How long do I have to complete my course?
Please try to complete your course within one week of purchase, because you may forget to complete it if you do not. One of the unique features of Training Unlimited: Your courses NEVER expire. Submit the answer pages whenever you complete them, even if it takes you a full year or more.

3. How do I know my licensor or registrar will accept these courses?
All courses have been approved by the SUNY Early Childhood Education and Training Program’s Distance Learning Review Committee and are listed on their website, www.ecetp.pdp.albany.edu. This means your licensor or registrar will accept them as meeting the training requirements in NYS. Lynn Morris is a credentialed trainer in NYS and a nationally certified PITC trainer. Her qualifications meet NYS OCFS guidelines for trainers for distance learning, face to face workshops, individual training and conferences.

4. How will I know I passed the course?

When you complete the course, you will submit the answer pages. It will be reviewed and graded. Generally if your score is 80% or higher, your answer pages, with comments, will be e-mailed to you within 48 hours of its receipt. Mailed courses take a bit longer to be processed, but are corrected within 48 hours of their receipt. All certificates are mailed to you, but can be emailed directly to a licensor or registrar.

If you receive a grade less than 80%, you will receive a phone call or an e-mail and have the opportunity through conversation to correct your work. A certificate will then be mailed to you indicating you have passed the course.

Training Unlimited will work with you to ensure you pass the course. Your money will not be wasted.

5. Can these courses be used in renewing my CDA (Child Development Associate)
Yes. If it is a two hour course, it counts as ".2 CEU’s" A three hour course is ".3 CEU’s" These CEU's appear on the certificate.

6. Do I have to read the course and answer the questions online?
No. You can save the course to your computer or print it, working on it when you have time. Email or mail your answer pages to Training Unlimited when you have completed the course.
